The holiday season is nearly here — and that means big meals, family gatherings, and long hours in the kitchen. Whether you’re carving turkey, prepping vegetables, or slicing pies, one thing separates chaos from confidence: a sharp knife.

November is one of my busiest months of the year, and I’ve loaded up the calendar to make it easy for you to get your blades tuned up before the big day. From Colorado Springs to Black Forest, Castle Pines, and Woodland Park, I’ll be sharpening on-site at multiple events — plus taking limited drop-by and mobile appointments during the week.

Why Sharpen Now?

Every Thanksgiving, thousands of home chefs struggle through prep with dull knives — turning what should be a joyful holiday into a stressful, messy, and sometimes dangerous experience.

A sharp knife doesn’t just make your food look better — it makes you look better.

It gives you control, confidence, and that smooth, effortless cut that makes cooking a pleasure instead of a chore.

So here’s your friendly reminder: don’t wait until Thanksgiving week to realize your knives are dull. Get ahead of the rush and take advantage of these local sharpening opportunities.

Limited Appointments Available

In addition to these market and pop-up events, I’m still offering mobile and drop-by sharpening throughout the week — but appointment slots are filling quickly. Once the calendar’s full, that’s it until after the holidays.

Book early, and you’ll head into Thanksgiving knowing your knives are tuned, tested, and ready to perform on the family stage.

You’ve got one shot at the holiday meal — don’t blow it with dull knives.

Your food deserves better. Your time does too.

📅 Schedule your sharpening today and feel the difference before the big day.
