Where to Find On-Site Knife Sharpening at Colorado Farmers Markets in 2025

2025 Farmers Market Season Colorado Farmers Market Sharpening
2025 Farmers Market Season Colorado Farmers Market Sharpening

If you’re a farmers market regular with a drawer full of dull knives—this is your year. I will be taking the “ISHARP” mobile sharpening on the road this season to four different, possibly a 5th, farmers markets this season. Along with the farmers markets, you’ll also find the “ISHARP” mobile sharpening shop at various pop-up sharpening events around the Colorado Springs area and maybe in your neck of the woods.

This will be my 6th year as a Colorado Farmers Market Sharpener. Farmers Markets and Sharpening go hand in hand. If you are going to farmers markets for fresh local fruits, veggies, and meats, you want to get the most out of your market dollar, which means ensuring you have the confidence in your knives to do the job. If you don’t have confidence in your blades, stop by one of the following markets to get your knives sharpened while you shop.

Starting with the Black Forest Spring Market on April 19, I’ll be sharpening on-site every week at four major Colorado markets with my ISHARP mobile van. Just drop off your knives, shop the stalls, and pick up your blades sharper than ever.

Stop by my booth first with your sharpening needs then go shop the rest of the market. By the time you are done with your shopping I should be done with your sharpening. I’ll be able to tell you about how long it will take me to do the sharpening when you drop off.

If you can’t make it to one of the farmers markets or just can’t figure out how to bring your items to the market I also offer a drop-by sharpen while you wait service as well as my convenient mobile service. These are by appointment while the markets are first-come, first-served.

Fill out the contact form on my website for more information about these services.
